Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under ACL, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for major failures.
Product Information & Disclaimer
Glowzii is an AI-powered interactive toy for entertainment and companionship.
• Glowzii is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional advice.
• AI responses are for fun and may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected.
• Colours, designs, patterns, and shape of the toy, headbands and other accessories may differ slightly from images.
• Accessories shown in product images, including head bands, are for display purposes only and are not included unless otherwise specified. One complimentary headband is included per order.
• Sizes shown in images are approximate and may differ slightly from the actual product.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children while using Glowzii and teaching safe handling.
Safety & Liability
Glowzii contains electronic components do not submerge in water.
• Do not open, modify, or tamper with internal parts.
• Use only the approved charging cable supplied.
• Keep away from extreme heat.
• Small parts may present a choking hazard.
Important: We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents caused while using Glowzii. Children should always be supervised.
Safety & Shipping
• All prices are in AUD and may change without notice.
• Shipping can take up to 7 days, sometimes longer depending on location or AusPost delays.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is shipped. Lost shipments must be followed up directly with AusPost.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Shipping costs are not refundable.
• All returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
• Refunds are not given for lost shipments — these must be resolved with AusPost.
• Refunds are not available if the toy has been opened, used, or damaged.
Faulty or damaged products are covered separately under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty
Glowzii includes a limited 30 day warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover:
• Misuse or accidental damage
• Water damage
• Unauthorised modifications
• Normal wear and tear
AI Functionality
Glowzii may require an internet connection for some features.
• Software updates may occur automatically to improve AI performance.
• AI responses are generated and may not always be accurate or appropriate, supervision is recommended.
Intellectual Property
All Glowzii branding, software, designs, and content are property of Glowzii. You may not copy, resell, or modify the product without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Glowzii is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage caused while using the product.
• Glowzii is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.
• Use of the toy is at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Glowzii constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
